So you're a roofer? 99 problems...... You called your marketing company and told them you need to see more results and they passed you to another rep with the same speech. You hired a consultant and you received generic advice. You paid a recruiter and people came but never stuck it out. SOP's and proper training might not be as good as you thought. You're paying for 6-10 software platforms and your tech debt is to high. You keep going to events, yet you always feel like you're doing something wrong because your business is still not growing fast enough. I think it’s time you knew the truth about the construction industry don’t you? We started out in construction like everyone else. We played the game of hiring consultants, marketers, software companies, went through a bunch of technology. Literally felt like we couldn’t trust anyone anymore because there is always someone promoting a product or service that is getting something out of it. You show up to conferences and get generic information and then sent home confused, you feel like you keep getting thrown around blowing money on all this dead best BS and that’s seriously what it all is…. BS…. 5 years ago we decided to start scaling companies but something went wrong. I’m gonna get to how we ended up building the world's first actual all in software solution but first listen to my story on this. We couldn’t do our jobs to the fullest extent possible because when it came to consulting we had problems with marketing agencies, when it came to marketing which we have proven to be legends at, we couldn’t manage the algorithms and flow of everything in the software the clients were using. Seriously not kidding it’s like the biggest issue out there right now. Then when we were able to tap into software systems we ran into the problem of marketing data and software data not compiling correctly because the customer didn’t own the data. The software companies were holding it all hostage and this seriously made us angry. Like it’s your data why are they being like this. So we started building and we even considered partnering with other tech companies but they proved they were only here for their own greed and that just made us even more angry. Turns out we live in a world where people are genuinely terrible people…. So we have been building XGLOBE custom software products and been offering real business services. Actual transparent consulting, marketing, technology software, data science etc. The biggest issues right now are big companies forcing small and medium businesses out of business because they acquire new technology small companies can’t afford and they keep charging less money. But not anymore, those days are moving behind us because technology is becoming less expensive and in some cases even free. And when you have actual enterprise architects to partner with you are literally unstoppable. Wait though hear me out lol, if we went beyond this and we were able to build out an entire trust pool of businesses we could band together and literally make major changes and work together to become a full blown unit that forces bigger companies to lose customers and level the playing field. I mean imagine lowering your tech debt and working with consultants to scale your business and be able to grow and provide more jobs. Imagine if we all were one unified system and how that would shift the economy. Imagine finally being able to wake up in a nation you are proud of. XGLOBE is going to make sure this is all possible. We have had enough of the lies, the illusions, the greed, the influencers, the manipulators, the gas lighters that after it doesn’t work out they blame us as the problem for their terrible efforts.
