It only took us 2 years to realize our silly little brains work well with other silly little brains, so we set out to make a program that works for BOTH of us!

With our program, we strove for:

👉reduced overwhelm

👉improved focus

👉immediate rewards

For our ADHD girlies, we know analysis paralysis is a thing. Especially when you’re juggling 100 things at once! We found a way to make hyperfocus a super power!

Rather than a drawn out process over 6-10 weeks, we truncated the process into 1-2 weeks at a time focusing on one client at a time.

Oh, hello there! I’m Audrey:
founder, creative director, self-proclaimed raccoon

Audrey is the first face you will meet when you start your journey with Lilac. She oversees the creative direction of client projects to ensure success. She has a whirlwind of ideas + will probably use at least one analogy that doesn’t make any sense (“we really gotta bit the steal on this one”) but trust us when we say she is your best hype girl.

She found a way to apply the methods of theatre management to websites making our process unique but personal. If there is one thing stage managers + web designers have in common, it is their obsession with FONTS!

SO WHAT THE HECK ARE INTENSIVES?

Our old model, like most design agencies, advertise branding and websites anywhere from 4-10 weeks. We operated under this to allow our clients to use payment plans to not undergo financial strain.

HOWEVER, this made it difficult to put our all into every project as we had 4-5 projects overlapping at one time!

Then we had a though: what if we truncated the process to one week at a time while still offering payment plans?

Our team prioritizes mental health + strategic success for our clients because we know not one business is like the other. We realized our own silly minds worked best with one challenge at a time + our clients were the same.
