Just completed a large multi panel acrylic, 2 surface vinyl and LED illuminated wall display. It was not an easy project, with three 4 foot x 6 foot x 1/2 inch thick acrylic panels perfectly hung by 18 standoffs over a gradient wall wrap with top and bottom LED light bars. It took a while to produce and install but it’s finally finished!

New monument for NW Office Center.

Another custom designed monument sign, this one for Northwest Office Center, a great place to lease that new office space you’ve been considering.

This one took some work in getting a special permit and municipal code variance to be able to install it in the public Right of Way. I consider that an accomplishment itself. What a Municode headache! But we succeeded, and another office complex has a greater chance at raising their occupancy and directly affecting their bottom line. That’s what signs SHOULD do at least.

I’m designing 2 more freestanding monuments right now and waiting on your call to start on yours! We also have channel letters signs installing, window graphics completed for Bay Area Crane, truck racing decals, acrylic reception sign shipping to PA, RedHawk Realty in Edmond, RE/MAX in Cody, WY, apartment complexes, dentist offices, and some bids I can’t mention yet. I had an interesting and concerning phone call today from a business owner waiting for an estimate from me. He asked if I planned on sending him an actual cost estimate because 3 other sign companies he spoke to refused to be the first to submit their estimate first but all promised to beat whatever price he received. I don’t compete on price but on quality and design. I also price everyone according to the same standard. The price becomes what it is based on cost and standard markup. If I write you a song you’ll pay more but not for a sign. I’ve decided to put the following statement on my bids for a while. The great news in all of this is the gentleman already promised me this job and the others to follow based on my integrity, and reasonable prices!

On Tuesday, the OKC City Council approved a new sign ordinance. Beginning March 15, signs that are dilapidated, damaged, deteriorated, defaced, abandoned, illegible or no longer advertise the business on the property will likely violate the new ordinance.
