"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." - Martin Luther King, Jr.

Got to finally put some wheels to a project that Karli and Lexi and I have been talking about for a year or more, sharing stories of Hurt, Help, Hope. Spent studio time with them both, and with Zhiane this afternoon.

If you haven't been following her blog - "The Beauty Beyond Bones" - you are really missing out on some incredibly raw and honest writing by Lexi Smith on the lies we tell ourselves, and the dangers of comparison as she shares her struggle with an eating disorder.

There is such a need for these stories to be told and shared, and I am honored to be a part, and to help these amazing ladies share them via video.
