Cheers to Marva Ellard, one of our developers here at Villa Teresa.

Marva earned the Neal Horton Award for her revitalization of downtown Oklahoma City. This award is presented to a visionary who initiates a renaissance in a downtown area. Its’ namesake, Neal Horton, dreamed of revitalizing the decaying red brick warehouses east of downtown – now known as Bricktown.

As a preservationist at heart, Marva purchased a decades-old vacant 1928 apartment building and transformed it into the charming urban living 38-unit apartment building The Sieber, kick-starting the economic resurgence of Midtown. Ellard's impactful vision next turned to a former Catholic school and convent. Villa Teresa Residences is currently being transformed into single family homes and a boutique hotel.

Her impact on the residential renaissance of Midtown can not be understated.

Throwing confetti for Grace as she graduates this week with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University! 🥳

She has been on the team since last August and adding value to many clients along the way! We are also ecstatic to be adding her on full-time in the vital role of Head Social Media Coordinator. She’s just getting started and we cannot wait to see her flourish. 👏🏼

Give a big hello to Macy Smith!👋🏼

I have not yet introduced one of the newest members of our social media team, and what better way than with a huge congratulations as Macy Smith graduates this week from the University of Central Oklahoma with a major in Strategic & Organizational Communications and a minor in Interpersonal Communication.

She is already making moves and bringing new ideas to our team and value to our clients! I cannot wait to route her on and see what the future holds. 👏🏼

We have been working behind the scenes to make another client’s vision come true. 😋

Bonnie was a mom in NJ whose kid was diagnosed with a chronic kidney disease (IGAN). She shortly found a lack of information & no ongoing research to find a cure. With her determination, she now has created an international 501(c) (3), awarded 1 mill dollars to research fellowship grants, pushed drug trials through the Supreme Court to be approved, donated almost 100k to the UAB research and most importantly has created a team of warriors to push through and support each other from this horrid disease.

Now we are on the lead team to make this cookbook happen! Keep an eye out for our launch date later on in 2022.

Oh, hey there!! Been running forward with clients preparing for the holidays and new year. I cannot believe it’s almost 2022, let alone the holidays…
