Monday 11:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am-4:00pm (Commission based pay)
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 8:00am-9:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-9:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-9:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am-9:00pm
Compensation: Based on performance & commission + SPIFS (Special Performance Incentive Funds)
Independent Marketing Consultant Specifications
• Must be presentable and able to communicate clearly over the phone.
• Able to multi-task
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with clients.
• Maintain individual sales and marketing goals for performance measures.
• Ensure that clients meet minimum eligibility requirements to attend meetings.
• Have an ability to overcome objections and utilize resources to best assist clients with questions.
