Please repost! Need to help get this cool bungalow rented by October ~ owners are personal friends of mine, they are both trustworthy and nice!
Pros:
Great location in Norman’s hip urban core (Old Silk Stocking District) close to art walk, coffee shops, restaurants, NMF, the new library and fun venues near E. Main St.
Plenty of parking, storage, nice yards (they maintain the grass/trees), quiet residential neighborhood, hardwood floors, big front porch w/swing, back deck w/built in benches + patio, big kitchen, good appliances (washer & dryer included), central AC, car port, vintage charm.
Rents for $900/mo - below fair market
pricing for a 2bd house in this area with installment plan available for security and cleaning deposits.
Cons:
Non-smokers only, no growers either as the odor from both types of to***co is a concern for the owners. Of course you can still consume edibles and 420 off the lot with a sweet neighbor!
No pets as owners have seen dogs do damage to the yard/floors in previous tenancy. The neighbors don’t like the barking and doggy odors can also get into the walls/flooring; cats are at risk for harm or worse from off leash dogs that may be roaming and the owners say flea infestation is also a concern.
