What makes PETG different from PLA? 👀

If you’re getting into 3D printing, PETG is usually the next step up from basic PLA filament.

PLA is great for easy everyday prints, but PETG is chosen when you need something stronger, tougher, and more heat resistant.

PETG is commonly used for:
🛠 Functional parts
☀️ Outdoor items
📦 Organizers and brackets
🚗 Automotive accessories
💧 Moisture-resistant prints

Why?
Because PETG handles stress and heat much better than standard PLA while still being easier to print than materials like ABS.

The tradeoff:
PETG can be a little stringy and sometimes takes more tuning to print cleanly, but the extra durability is often worth it 😄
