Today is a reminder of the resilience, courage, and brilliance women bring to every space they enter. 💫

If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much” or that you should be “less,” remember this: the very qualities others questioned are often the same ones that make you extraordinary. Own them.

Growing up, I was the kid who “talked too much.” Funny how life works—because that same trait now allows me to thrive in Relationship Marketing, where connection, conversation, and authentic relationships are everything.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026, I’m also celebrating the 9th year of Be Social KC! 🎉

Who would’ve thought that what started as a small “side hustle” would grow into a fun and thriving marketing business? I’m beyond grateful.

Most importantly, I’m thankful for my incredible clients — those who’ve been with me from the beginning, those in between, and those I began working with in 2025. Thank you for trusting me with your brands. The relationships built along the way mean more than you know.

To my colleagues, supporters, friends, and family — thank you for the inspiration, encouragement, and reminder of the power of community.

Being a business owner is a journey filled with highs and lows. It requires creativity, resilience, and hard work, but it also gives me the flexibility to step back and focus on what matters most — my family and my well-being. I’m deeply grateful that doing what I do allowed me the time and space to be fully present for my family these past several months, when it mattered most. That time was truly a gift I’ll always treasure.

A new year brings a fresh start — a chance to reset, rebuild, and refocus. 2026 is full of promise, and I’m stepping into it with gratitude for the lessons learned, appreciation for the journey so far, and excitement for what’s ahead.
