💡 When agencies understand why people ride, the right fare decisions tend to follow.

We recently partnered with SamTrans and Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates to gather detailed insights into how riders use and pay for transit, and how potential fare changes could affect them. With a clear view into fare types, usage patterns, and pricing sensitivity, agencies can move forward with policies supported by honest rider and backed by statistically valid data.

As SamTrans marks 50 years of service, we look forward to seeing these insights translate into improvements for district in the years ahead.

If your team is exploring similar questions around fare strategy or , we’re here to help!
