I’m hiring my first key team member for .

This is not a typical “assistant” role.

I’m looking for someone who wants to become a high-level operator and grow with a business from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with me to help run day-to-day operations, manage lead flow, support clients, and assist with content ex*****on.

This role is for someone who:
• Takes ownership without being asked
• Moves fast and figures things out
• Wants to learn how a real business operates
• Is organized and reliable
• Is coachable and wants to grow

You do NOT need years of experience.

You DO need:
• Hunger
• Work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn tools like ClickUp, CRM systems, GoHighLevel, Canva, and various social platforms

This is an opportunity to:
• Get hands-on experience in operations, marketing, and growth
• Work directly with a founder
• Grow into a larger role over time

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clock-in/clock-out job, this is not for you.

If you want to build skills, take ownership, and be part of something growing — I want to hear from you.

Position is virtual but bonus points if local to Desoto County / Shelby County.

What a weekend 🔥

We had the best time alongside our client at the XPO this past weekend. There’s something really special about getting to step into the room and see a vision come to life in real time.
