🔥 OKAY, MOCHI PEOPLE… THIS MIGHT START AN ARGUMENT. 😂
Everyone loves that soft, chewy mochi… but what about those pieces from the edge of the pan? 👀
You know the ones—the slightly darker, caramelized, almost “burnt ends” of the mochi. Soft and chewy inside with that extra-toasty edge.
Some people avoid them.
We think they might be the BEST pieces in the whole pan. 🔥
So settle this for us:
