About Sage and Sage’s Blog Tours

I’m Sage and I am amazing at helping authors on their self-publishing journey. I have over 14 years of self-publishing, traditional publishing, and book marketing experience. I am super passionate about writing, teaching and networking. I coach my clients using my down-to-earth personality and keep-it-real attitude.

Since 2004, I've been distributing and publishing zines, magazines, books, and indie music through Sweet Candy Distro & Press. My writing has been featured in Print Magazine, Skin & Ink Magazine, Yahoo News! and on Examiner.com. I absolutely love coaching, and traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond to lead zine and writing workshops at various high schools, colleges and universities, such as Evergreen State College and Pacific Lutheran University. In 2013, I published my debut YA novel, Invoking Nonna. My next novel is currently in production with a scheduled release in August 2018. ​ I offer hourly coaching for authors who need guidance with starting or finishing their manuscript, self-publishing, and book promotion. I coordinate virtual blog tours for authors and publishing houses and also have other marketing opportunities available, such as a Book Blitz and Reading Room service. For writers looking for accountability, a solid writing strategy, and resources, I have an exciting 6-month author mentorship program. I can't wait to hear from you!
