Allison Sojka, Twisted Plot Design Lab Welcome to my artsy corner of the world 🎨! I'm a freelancer who specializes in illustration, graphic design, writing and crochet. No project is too small!

Contact me if you're in need of someone to complete a creative project. I am a lover of books, through and through, who is excited to share with you information regarding my debut as a children's author, Picnic for Parrots. I hold a degree in illustration, computer graphics, and graphic design, and am the recipient of an AIGA Award for Illustration. I have given many school author/illustrator pres

entations to students ranging from kindergarten through sixth grade and was formerly invited to be the featured author and guest of honor at the Follett Connections Midwest. I'm an artist and dreamer, and usually have a cup of coffee or tea nearby. I live in Nebraska with my husband, two children, and four dogs and am generally surrounded by books, paper, and something to scribble down pieces of my ongoing stream of creative ideas. Visit our booth - Twisted Plot Design Lab - at Papillion Library Con 2025 this Saturday, April 5th, from 9 am - 2 pm!

The event is being put on by Papillion Public Library and will take place at Papillion Landing.

This event is free and open to the public. There will be a vendor fair, food trucks, cosplay competition, fandom trivia, raffle giveaways and more!
