Just a short time ago, we broke the noise with Seeing Through the Static, but the journey was far from over. We've been grinding behind the scenes, taking that raw rock and pop-punk energy, dialing up the driving basslines, and laying down deep baritone vocals to create the next chapter.

The Final Chapter: Legacy, Ego, & The Shadow of a Monument

We have officially reached the end of the journey for the debut album! Track 8 is our final behind-the-scenes video for Seeing Through the Static. Thank you so much to everyone who has trusted in this project, grabbed the album on Apple Music, and streamed it across Spotify, iHeart and so many other streaming services.

If you were hanging out with us live on Twitch, you saw I was still pretty emotional after breaking down the tribute to my grandma. But that raw emotion led perfectly into the heavy message of our closing track, "The Shadow of a Monument."

This song is all about legacy and what happens when ego takes the wheel. It explores the lives of people who spent years trying to do something good, reach the highest office, or inspire millions—only to let their pride step in at the very end and taint everything they spent a lifetime building. It's a powerful reminder: don't let your ego at the end of your journey tear down the incredible life you've worked so hard to create.

During the stream, I challenged chat to guess the four historical figures featured in the lyrics. The track touches on Ruth Bader Ginsburg holding on until the end, Richard Nixon’s downfall, Julius Caesar’s fatal pride, and the man in the yellow jersey Lance Armstrong who couldn't accept second place and lost his entire legacy to doping.
