It's crazy how much life can come to a company following a little brand "refresh"!

Here's just a handful of the deliverables I created for Stahla Services after we updated their logo and visual brand:

⭐️ Values icons & posters
⭐️ Informational signage for their restroom trailers
⭐️ Custom Hat and Shirt designs
⭐️ And much, much more!

Is your organization feeling a bit stale? Reach out! I love creating easy to use brand systems (often including Canva templates for internal use) and awesome signage and swag that employees love! ❤️

A rebrand isn't always just about looking cool—it can also be a very practical decision.

Check out this new brand "refresh" for Stahla Services—an Omaha-based restroom and shower trailer rental company.

Their previous logo was simple and iconic, and they had it on tons of their trucks, and bathroom trailers. They didn't want to change it too much, but they also knew that something seemed a little off.

Check out image #2. Upon closer inspection, their previous logo created a lot of unnecessary negative space and "services" became hard to read at smaller sizes.

Check out image #3. Their previous "S" icon was so tall that it wouldn't fit very neatly in a circle or square container. (This is a must for modern brands who want to stand out on social, apps, and websites)

By strategically redrawing their logo to address these issues and creating a suite of new logo versions to use (see image #4), they now have a much more usable, readable, and versatile visual brand! The cherry on the top was creating a fresh new brand guideline book in Canva for them to actually be able to use themselves, along with new colors, fonts, icons and imagery.

I'm so proud of how this project turned out and I really enjoyed working with Erin and Grant Stahla on this—and getting to meet all the awesome folks at Stahla Services! (If you want a portable bathroom that is nicer than your bathroom at home, hit them up: https://stahla.com/ )

If you're not quite ready for a full rebrand but wonder if you could use a brand "refresh" like Stahla Services, shoot me a DM. It might be one of most practical decisions your company makes this year!

Fresh book design: Who's the Next You? By Dave & Kristin Miller

"A call for 1,000 more churches to invest in Gen Z through residency."

We've had the pleasure of working on so many projects with Dave Miller and Leadership Pathway over the years. But we got really excited about the opportunity of designing a full, hardcover book with him! We took Dave and his team through our proven book design process that includes:

🔬Research into similar books and how best to both identify with and stand out from them

✍️3 rounds of concept cover sketches to arrive at the final winning design

📖Designing the interior of the book (which has many different styles and workbook sections)

📚Helping upload and distribute the book to sites like Amazon KDP and Ingram Spark

In the end, Dave has a physical book (and audiobook) that encapsulates the vision of Leadership Pathway that he can use to get his message into the hands of his target audience!

This is a promotional badge illustration (3 of 3) for Reformation Bible College in Sanford Florida. Fruitful's Ben Lueders enjoyed collaborating with the Ligonier Ministries creative team to design a series of promotional graphics for the college, that can be used on swag items like shirts, stickers, hats, etc. Talented lettering artist and friend Nicolas Fredrickson also collaborated on this piece!

Fresh website design for Girgis ENT

www.girgisent.com

Girgis is an Ear Nose and Throat practice with three locations across the Chicagoland area.

In addition to creating a beautiful new rebrand for them, Fruitful also designed a website with clear StoryBrand messaging on the easy-to-use Squarespace website platform.

We are passionate about websites that are easy to navigate, have clear messaging, and are easy to use and update. We find that many Wordpress sites are hard for the average person to update and are often filled with plugins that expire and make websites vulnerable to attack. Squarespace is a simple, user-friendly platform that is very secure.

We find that it's a great website solution for many of our clients—including Girgis ENT!

Editorial photography by Raj Lulla for "Feeling Seen"—a photojournalism essay depicting real moments at Children's Nebraska.

There's so much that goes on behind the scenes at a hospital like Children's—Raj has a way of finding those special moments that most people miss. "Feeling Seen" was a feature article in a recent WeThrive magazine for Children's Nebraska employees where we had the opportunity to capture the less visible parts of pediatric work.

Hardy Coffee Co. + Fruitful "Benson Bunnies" T-shirt design.
Preorder by February 28th:

https://www.hardycoffee.com/collections/all/products/preorder-benson-mighty-bunny-tshirt

When I was asked to create a new T-Shirt design for Hardy Coffee Co. commemorating one of their 4 locations – I knew it had to be Benson.

🏡 I've lived in the Benson area for almost 2 decades
☕️I ordered the first coffee drink (a traditional Cappuccino) from the Benson shop
🏢I started Fruitful above the Benson coffee shop
🦬 Fruitful helped name and brand Hardy Coffee Co (designing their iconic Bison logo)
👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 My parents were high school sweethearts at Benson High School

One of the first ideas I had for the shirt was transforming Hardy's strong bison logo into a muscular Bunny – in honor of the infamous "Benson Bunnies" High School mascot. As I played with the form, it just worked. I selected a new "Washed Pine" Green Heavyweight Garment Dye Tee by Bella+Canvas for the shirt - and paired it with Hardy's original yellow as well as their more current "bone" color.

If you love Hardy's 6051 Maple St. Benson location even half as much as I do, please preorder a shirt (or two) today! Deadline is Saturday February 28th. Shirts will be ready in mid-March.
