Chris takes the helm of our video and motion team here, with production credits that range from Google and Nintendo campaigns to Star Trek and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. đź––

Naomi joins as Assistant Account Executive after interning with us this summer. A 2025 Creighton grad, she sharpened her editorial chops at Omaha Magazine before landing here, and this week she's running point on our annual chili cook-off. 🌶️🥣 Busy already!

This year more than ever brands leaned hard into flag-waving, fireworks, and "proud to be American" messaging around the 250th Anniversary of America. But performative patriotism doesn't move the needle, and after this milestone Independence Day, we wanted to know if anything actually changed.

Ellen Pham, our latest BL Fund for Student Opportunity scholarship recipient and PR/Social intern, is balancing a double major in Broadcasting and ADPR at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. From her hands-on media production work with Husker Vision to her strategic work with us at Bailey Lauerman, Ellen’s drive comes down to a clear definition of success: doing work that brings genuine happiness.

Hi, I'm Kevin, BL's design intern for the summer!

From day one, I felt welcome at BL. There was a genuine sense of friendship and connection across the agency. The workplace culture is also unlike anything I've experienced before, with occasional happy hours and agency coffee runs.

Hi, I'm Alana, Bailey Lauerman’s media intern this summer! 🎉

I've spent the summer absorbing all there is to know about the media process, like trafficking assets to media partners, QA'ing campaign builds, digging into performance data, and so much more.

What's surprised me most about my internship is learning just how much goes into an ad campaign behind the scenes. From building it out to analyzing the numbers to keeping clients in the loop, there's always something new to learn.

Hi, I'm Naomi, BL's account intern this summer! 🎉

I came into this internship drawn to account management, and it didn't take long to confirm it's the right fit. I love the detail-oriented side of my role (timelines, proofreading, keeping things on track) just as much as building relationships with clients in a creative and collaborative environment.

My biggest takeaway from this summer is that being a great account manager means being a supportive teammate too. That looks like showing up for your team through the highs and the lows, and being your client's biggest cheerleader.
