That’s a wrap on the last week…months…and year! ✨🎉🥂

Can’t put into words what this last year has been and what I have learned and accomplished through Chairing the 2025 for the state of Nebraska and the . Hands down one of the biggest roles I’ve taken on to date.

Between planning and executing countless events, meeting families + business leaders across the state, multiple speeches with completely different audiences, decision making…the list goes on.

Biggest shout out goes to my dear for his endless support and my kiddos who lost some time with me this past year - but hopefully learned along the way. ✨And my lovely parents.

What is just one of the many things that makes Omaha shine?✨The at the is an absolute gem in our city. Antique dealers from across the country and beyond bring their treasures and baubles to Omaha. This year was so incredible and the details did not go unnoticed!

Another summer in the land of delight. ✨ we await all year to head up north to be with people who truly fill our souls. Friendships and family stretching far and wide and deep. Watching our kids friendships grow each year is a gift.

Each summer our kids grow so much in this little northern pocket of Michigan. Eloise was co-Head Waitress this summer and could officially take the boat out on her own. She helped be a Court official for Pickleball Tournament. Edie babysat a ton and is training to be a Junior Sailing Instructor next year at . Neal still has a few more years to roam from sailing to fishing to boating and multiple visits to + . 🍬🍭🍦

Second year for myself to do a successful Pop Up with my curated glass collection and of course keeping busy as ever. 📈🚤⛳️

Sh****ng the green door to our cottage for the summer is always tough. But always grateful for what we learned and experienced all summer. Now… onto re-entry. 💚

A little snapshot at our Italian adventure. 🇮🇹 Exploring. Shopping. A fabulous, magical trip to fuel inspiration for everything I do - my career, my creativity, continuing to create and curate into a full brand, content creation for and just stylistic inspiration across the board. ✨

It also serves as a huge reminder to myself (and most importantly, my daughters) the power of making your life magic and making those big dreams happen. ✨

Our stops in Italy included - Milan - Lucca, Tuscany - Cinque Terre 🚤 (plus obligatory Mediterranean swim) - Forte dei Marmi - Pietrasanta - Florence - Milan ✈️ - Omaha. Thank you to for hosting a pop up last summer with and inspiring my mom/daughter trip to happen.

And a BIG thank you to for handling things at home and encouraging the trip and my little village who helped and enabled me to enjoy this time! 🩵

Off to the races and halfway there to the 2025 !

Yesterday, we debuted all the incredible hard work 18 women have been building with enthusiasm. And it never ceases to amazing me how PR + Communication is essential every step of the way of this experience. How so?

✔️communication is leadership. I learned this at my early days in the PR department at and it still holds true today.
✔️press releases do work and need multiple sets of eyes on them. However, communication must be done as well at the same time so everyone I hearing the message at once.
✔️it’s better to over communicate than under - then no one is guessing what is going on.
✔️like every good PR pro - if you don’t hear back from someone, follow up! And follow up again.
✔️contracts take time. A lot of time. Read them and scrutinize them to make sure everyone is on the same page.
✔️trust your team. Your team knows how to execute and they will get it done. Just like these 18 women getting it done!

Over the next six months, the Women’s Ball Committee for will host and execute eight events with more than 250 guests each, send out thousands of invitations, deliver multiple speeches—and have a blast doing it!💥

What a wild ride October was with some of my favorite people! I can now add ‘Produce a Live Concert + Show’ to my career list! Working with an incredible Production team to bring the to life was a top moment of the year. 🎤🎸

Now I know how to write a script, cue, how to work with a sound and lighting crew, what vampires means and so much more. Thank you for wanting to create a concert! 🖤🤍 and to the awesome crew!

While I may be a believer in saying “yes” to new experiences- every single time I’ve said yes, it’s brought something incredible + challenging my way. I highly suggest you say YES to something new as we head into the end of 2024 and ramp up for 2025!
