☕️🧵 WOOOO WEEE… WHAT. A. DAY. 😵‍💫😂
After 12 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES in the studio, I am officially CALLING IT QUITS! 🙌🏻

My brain has clocked out, my machines are probably sick of me, and I’m pretty sure I’ve stared at a computer screen long enough for one lifetime. 😂

Today’s damage:
🔥 14 banners designed, printed AND laminated
🧵 4 sweatshirts stitched out
☕️ An undisclosed amount of caffeine consumed

🤪 And somehow I’m still functioning… barely.

Tomorrow I get to enter the ✨wonderful, magical, absolutely thrilling world of GROMMETS✨ 😂🔨 Because apparently designing and printing the banners wasn’t enough—I now have to punch a bazillion little holes in them too!

THEN hopefully I can get some transfers printed so I can start pressing shirts and keep this production train rolling. 🚂💨

But for tonight??? THE STUDIO IS CLOSED.
😂

I’m done. Finished. Kaput. If it didn’t get done today, it has officially become Tomorrow Becki’s problem. 🤣

Now somebody tell me… what’s the longest you’ve ever worked on something because you kept saying, “I’ll just do ONE more thing…”?! Because apparently I have absolutely ZERO ability to walk away. 😂😂

☕️🧵 WELL… THE POT OF COFFEE IS GONE, SO I GUESS WE’RE COMMITTED NOW! 😂

Sweatshirt is on the embroidery machine stitching away ✔️
Banners are being designed ✔️
Banners are getting printed ✔️

And because apparently I don’t already have enough going on… I’m getting ready to test run a NEW PRODUCT! 👀🔥

Because why work on one thing at a time when I can have 47 things happening at once?! 😂

The studio is officially in full production mode today, and judging by the amount of coffee I’ve already consumed, IT’S GOING TO BE A BUSY ONE! ☕️😵‍💫

I’m pretty excited about this new product, though… assuming the test run doesn’t make me question every decision I’ve ever made. 🤣 Stay tuned because if all goes well, I’ll be showing you guys what it is soon! 👀

Now… do I make another pot of coffee or admit that I probably should switch to water? 😂☕️

Took the day off from the “real job” today… but apparently I have absolutely NO idea how to actually take a day off. 😂🤦‍♀️

Started the day with a quick run out to Utica and, obviously, had to stop at Roma’s for some tomato pie because… priorities. 🤤🍅 Dropped a few off at work for the boys, made another delivery to hubby’s work, and then headed back home.

And now… straight into the studio I go! 😂🧵
The embroidery machine is already running test stitches so everything is READY TO GO when those sweatshirts hit my doorstep. No wasting time—we’re going straight from the box to the machine! 🙌

Meanwhile, I’m getting everything prepped for BANNERS because those babies will be coming off the printer soon too! 😍 Between embroidery, banners, orders, and everything else I’ve got going on, this studio is about to be BUSY BUSY BUSY for the next couple of days.

So much for my “day off.” 😂 Apparently I just traded one job for the other one!
But I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️🧵

I’ve been playing around with something a little different in the studio and LOOK AT THESE!! 😍

Yep… I actually take the baseball apart, embroider it, and then sew the damn thing BACK TOGETHER. 😂😂 Because apparently I didn’t already have enough things to keep me busy!

These can be completely personalized with:

⚾ Senior year

Soooooo… since apparently we’re holding a public trial over a sweatshirt, LET’S GET SOMETHING STRAIGHT. 👏🏼

I DID NOT COPY FINISH LINE DESIGNS.

I honestly didn’t even know they existed until YESTERDAY. Not last week. Not secretly stalking their page. Not hiding in the bushes with binoculars and a notebook. YESTERDAY.

This sweatshirt concept has been ALL OVER TikTok, Facebook, Etsy, and the embroidery websites I purchase designs from. I saw the trend, liked it, and decided to create MY OWN VERSION. That is literally how trends work. Nobody owns school spirit wear, varsity lettering, or words placed across a design. Calm down, Nancy Drew. 🙄

And here’s the part everyone seems to be skipping over: I created these for the Canastota Family All Sports Booster Club website so THE BOOSTERS could make money from the sales and use it to support our students and athletes!

Now, since people are so eager to throw around accusations, let’s talk about fairness.

How is it okay to accuse me of taking something away from another business while that same business has created its own Canastota shopping page—where those purchases do NOT benefit the Booster Club?

If we’re dragging out the measuring tape and moral compass, let’s make sure we’re using them in EVERY direction. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am not competing with Finish Line Designs—or anyone else, for that matter. My only competition is the exhausted, overworked lunatic I was yesterday. 😂

There is PLENTY of business out there for everyone, and two local businesses can create school apparel without one having “stolen” from the other.

So before coming onto my page throwing accusations, bring actual proof—not assumptions, rumors, or “well, they posted something similar first.” If seeing a popular concept means someone owns it, TikTok, Etsy, and every embroidery design website better start hiring lawyers immediately. 🙄

I know where my inspiration came from. I know why I created these. And I will NOT apologize for creating my own designs, supporting the Booster Club, or running my business.

Case closed. Court adjourned. Everyone can calm the hell down now. ✌🏼
