Most of the time when people say they “took a break to deal with things,” in reality they just didn’t want to do it. That’s self sabotage.

I’m not saying taking a break is bad, this is my first post back from one. But what I am saying is you shouldn’t use that excuse just because you don’t want to do it.

There’s a big difference between stepping back to fix things that are going on and stepping back because it’s too hard.

And those are the exact kind of people I want do work with.

Doesn't matter if you're 18, 30, 50, or 60+. It really just comes down to whether you decide to go for it.

I know it can feel like you're too young to be taken seriously or too old to start something new.

But i've seen people at every part of life build things they're proud of. Some of the most inspiring people I've come across and work with are the ones who started later than they thought they should have, and almost every single one says they wish they started sooner.

Your age isn't the thing holding you back. It's just the story you're telling yourself.

Having a rough month definitely wasn't on my schedule.

Sometimes I have to remind myself that I shouldn't
let one inconvenience ruin a whole day.

Life throws things at you. That's just how it is. What actually matters is how quickly someone can shake it off and get back to what they were doing like nothing ever happened.

I got invited to speak on a masterclass of 1300+ people.

As someone who intentionally skipped school presentations, that's not something I ever saw coming. And a month later I'm on a call sharing my story with a room bigger than most people speak to their entire career.

And I have barely just started.

But honestly it's a reminder that when you actually decide to do something and put in the work, doors open way faster than you'd think.

A while back I looked around at my life and where it was heading, and just didn’t like it. Long hours, tight money, no real say over my own time. So I decided to start building something different at 20 instead of waiting until my 40s to regret and wish I had.

Did you know you already have most of what you need to build the life you actually want?

Start with the thing you’re reading this on. Your phone is one of the most powerful tools you have to actually start building something online. Instead of spending hours scrolling, you could be putting that same time toward building an online business in little spots of your day.

The other thing you need is the right mindset. You have to be able to actually stick to what you commit to. Learn to get things done first, then chill out. Not the other way around.

And self belief. Because if you don’t believe you can do it, how is anyone else going to?
