Marketing in the wild. Wet wipe dispensers at a grocery store: 2.5/10.

Small business marketing is about generating an ROI and I find it hard to believe that this ad will convert anyone into a paying client.

It’s not that this is a terrible advertisement however, when you compare the cost of something like this to the alternatives and the effectiveness, that is why I give this a low ranking of 2.5/10.

1️⃣ Educational content around what you do best.
Answer your most common patient questions and create simple, educational videos around your high-margin or most requested treatments. This builds trust, authority, and keeps your practice top of mind.

2️⃣ Local awareness through geo-targeted ads.
Run paid ads within a 5–10 mile radius so everyone in your community knows who you are. You’re not trying to go viral — you’re trying to be known locally.

Most people choose the provider who’s closest and who they’ve seen before.
If you stay consistent with education and local awareness — you’ll win.
