I looked at 30 local service business websites this week.
Almost every single one had at least 3 of these problems:
1. Phone number buried in the footer (tap-to-call should be at the top, always)
2. Breaks on mobile (84% of local searches happen on a phone)
3. No service area listed (Google has no idea who to show your site to)
4. No reviews or social proof near the contact form (that's where trust matters most)
None of these are hard to fix. But they're all costing you calls right now.
