Includes several bug fixes affecting code generation and use of the DevForce EDM Designer Extension:
- Improve speed of code generation. [D2743]
- In VS2022, do not enumerate projects in the solution while looking for "linked" client projects. [D2749/D2752]
- Fix code generation failure introduced with changes in Visual Studio 17.4. [D2750]
