Monday reset mode: on. ✨
Before the week gets busy, I like to start my Monday by slowing down first and getting clear on what needs to be done.
As a VA, my routine usually starts with checking messages, cleaning up my inbox, reviewing follow-ups, checking the CRM, and mapping out priority tasks for the day. If I have content to create, I also set time to plan captions, graphics, and anything that needs to go out for the week. Having a simple system helps me stay organized, avoid missing important details, and work with more focus instead of feeling all over the place.
This kind of reset is not just helpful for virtual assistants — it can also help business owners and clients. When you know your priorities, follow up on time, and keep things organized from the start of the week, everything feels lighter and more manageable.
Sometimes the best way to have a smoother week is to pause, reset your mind, and then reset your workflow. 🤍
