There’s nothing quite like seeing months of collaboration, creativity, strategy, and teamwork come to life in a big way — and this week in Kissimmee was one of those moments. 🍔✨

The grand opening of White Castle Kissimmee brought the energy from start to finish: hundreds of excited Cravers, an incredible ribbon cutting, and a community ready to celebrate something special together.

What I’m most grateful for is the people behind moments like these — our amazing partners, collaborators, clients, and extended teams who trust Bisbee and Company to help bring these launches and stories to life. It truly takes all of us working together to create experiences that feel authentic, memorable, and impactful.

A huge thank you to White Castle leadership, community partners, local officials, and every person who helped make this opening such a success. Watching guests experience the excitement firsthand was the best reward.

And as always, I’m especially thankful to collaborate alongside incredible pros including Richeson Communications and Amanda Forbes Mestdagh. Proud to be part of this work and these partnerships every day.

Congratulations to our client partners (with ) at FAIRWINDS Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that serves as the philanthropic arm of FAIRWINDS Credit Union, which today continues its commitment to strategic, mission-driven giving by investing $500,000 for the second consecutive year. Since 2018, the Foundation has invested more than $2.5 million in initiatives focused on financial well-being.

The announcement was made today during a celebratory grant reception held at Full Sail Live, bringing together nonprofit partners, community leaders, and FAIRWINDS Credit Union representatives to recognize organizations working to strengthen financial capability, economic stability, and opportunities for individuals and families.

Congratulations to our client partners at ! White Castle®, America’s first fast-food hamburger chain and home of the iconic Original Slider®, marked construction progress today with a ceremonial raising of the Castle walls on its much-anticipated Kissimmee Castle — its third freestanding Central Florida location.

When completed in early spring 2026, the new 3,430-square-foot restaurant will feature 68 indoor and 31 outdoor seats, two drive-through lanes, and an iconic tower design with a sleek, modern industrial flair. The Kissimmee Castle will join its sister locations in Clermont and Orlando — the latter being the largest free-standing White Castle in the world — and is expected to create 60 new jobs for the area.

Joining White Castle leaders at today’s ceremony were elected officials, development partners, brand ambassadors, and a Town Crier delivering a proclamation complete with a “blessing of the onions” on the spot where a future grill will be placed. The festive event continues the brand’s tradition of blending heritage, community spirit, and a touch of fun, all while showcasing White Castle’s devotion to Central Florida. Let the Countdown to Cravings begin!
