Here is an oldy but a goody, Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse in The Case of the Masterpiece Machine. You liked the first one I pulled out and dusted off so here is another one of the best of this series! This cartoon is formulaic and predictable by todays standards. The animation is crude and the colors are rudimentary, however this is one of the very first color cartoon series made specifically for the very low budget world of Saturday Morning TV and is one heck of a lot better than Cornel Bleep! It was created by Bob Kane as a silly parody on his own creation of Batman and work on Superman, sort of an early 1960's version of "A Cartoon by Robert Smigel" fun made for Saturday Night Live cartoons.

Remember to enjoy this cartoon you need to be a kid or remember what it was like being a kid!

This large collection of classic Christmas cartoons are from other eras and meant to entertain you today. If you are easily offended - you are warned, don't watch them! Everyone else get ready for 2 and 1/2 hours of fun and entertaining history. Remember, these were not politically incorrect when they were shown in movie theaters upon their release! These were mainstream cartoons, shown to the general public, but some were seeded with various religious influences.

This collection even works fi you turn the sound off and let the picture play in the background during a party. You will get questions and conversations just from the unusual styles, colors or weird puppet cartoons - enjoy and Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Thomas R Reich PhD looks at government influenced or outright financed cartoons that are totally politically incorrect today. In the early 1940's these cart...

The story of Noel, a cheerful Christmas ornament with a certain "happiness" that rubs off on the families he lives with. Noël is a 1992 coming-of-age Christmas special, written by Romeo Muller, For narration by Charlton Hesston. The Cartoon show was made in Japan for their market originally in 1990 - watch the lips at time several sentences happen with no sound in the US version. In 1991 the special was revised for China and was one of the first loosely vailed Christian or Christmas cartoon on Chinees TV.

The anime is wonderful and looks very Disney in the flow of the tree and characters. In the US it is a story about a Christmas ornament that brings joy to the lives of the families that possess it. It originally premiered on NBC's primetime schedule following Inspector Gadget Saves Christmas on December 4, 1992.

As of 2021, this special has never been released on DVD, Blu-ray, or digital/streaming platforms.

This is the forgotten cult Christmas classic The Teddy Bear Christmas, shown in Canada in the 1990s. Turns out Disney was quietly behind the production and the animation influence is obvious. What a wonderful peace of art, and well worth the watch. Totally kid friendly and fun for the whole family. Seriously good peace of Christmas magic here!

I think kids will love the story here, very heartwarming, and a great movie for the whole family to watch together. It will bring everyone's spirits up at a time we need a little cheer!

It is nice to see so many animation fans enjoying another forgotten cartoon! Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse in The Case of the Unlucky d=Day. You liked the other episodes I pulled out and dusted off so here is another one - part of the best of this series! This cartoon, along with a bunch of anima from Japan made Saturday Morning TV for kids what it was, right after Courageous Cat's run, Hanna Barbara and Filmation would dominate Saturday Morning. But for a time back in the early 1960's for a lot of us, nothing topped Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse!.

Actual people looking and acting like people, real cities and logical buildings, and actual violence - that is what brings to mind good Anime even today. The first exposure to this art in a series presentation in America was Gigantor The first anima series in Japan was Gigantor in 1956. This groundbreaking series looks a lot like a kids version of todays anime, but it was so different from Bugs Bunny, Casper the Friendly Ghost and Clutch Cargo. It started a love of Japanese Anime that for many of us still runs strong today!

The original Gigantor series was actually called Tetsujin 28-go which translates to "Ironman 28 GO" when it was released in Japan in 1956. Then Fred Ladd had the idea of dubbing in English, this strange (to US audiences) renamed it Gigantor and edited it to a half hour cartoon series creating a US kids sensation in 1964.

This is the full 100% complete theatrical edit of Charlie in a New Town a full 24 frame classic hand drawn animation from Halas Batchelor in England, released in England in 1948, This cartoon was hugely popular in England and the British Empire and every kid saw it for 20 years in class as required watching after its theatrical run. Why haven't you seen it? Simple if you are in the United States or Canada which most of our audience is, we are not part of the British Empire and never have been, so we never would have been shown this cartoon.

Charlie in a New Town, was England's way of selling the new suburb concept to the British empire. Remember old films that started, "The Sun Never Sets on the British Empire", well this film was made while that intro was standard! In the US and Canada the Suburbs were already part of every day life by the time this film was released, but in England, folks were still clustered in large metropolitan areas. This cartoon started to change the culture in "England and Therefore the World" OOPS could not resist, that was a common slogan for Great Brittan films of that day as well!
