Yay!! 📢So.. I’ll make it quick! This is legislation called The Va Home Loan Program is a big win for our Veterans! I’ve always offered assistance.. and always will! This legislation allows Veterans to be just as competitive as other Buyers by removing prohibiting rules. I’m glad to see this take effect! The ability to avoid foreclosure is now possible through the Permanent Partial Claim Program. Basically it allows the veteran to secure a non-interest bearing lien on their property that doesn’t have to be paid until the home is sold or they choose to ask the bank to refinance their loan. Funding for Transitional housing is also included under this legislation. VA’s new grant program was designed to assist homeless veterans. It’s called the GPD, which stands for Grant and Per Diem. This assistance is very crucial to our heroes and I’m glad it’s showing up in a sector where I can help make a positive impact.
