Great panel discussion today at BLU Lake Norman about tax prep and financial planning. I made 3 new great connections today and I’m excited to develop those professional relationships.

If you’re looking to expand your professional-social circle, let me know! I’d love to invite you to a BLU chapter meeting. I’ve made true friends here with experienced businesspeople who generously share wisdom and advice. Knowing that I have a large group of people who want me to succeed has been so helpful throughout Everfound’s journey.

A website shouldn’t just look better. It should communicate better.

When Tony and I began this project, the goal wasn’t to start from scratch. It was to build a digital presence that reflected the caliber of his work.

We simplified the messaging, refined the brand identity, created a scalable logo system, and designed a website that guides visitors through his philosophy, coaching, consulting, and speaking in a way that’s clear, intentional, and easy to navigate.

Every decision was made to support the experience of the people visiting the site, because great design isn’t decoration. It’s communication.

Tony has spent decades helping leaders think beyond the immediate. It was a privilege to build a brand and website that now do the same.

Swipe through to see the transformation.

I am positively elated to announce I’m kicking off a new project this weekend with a dreamy client 💕 I can’t say who yet, but this will basically be the vibe the next few months 🥰

Not every project starts with a blank slate.

In fact, many business owners have spent years building recognition around a logo they don't want to replace, and they shouldn't have to.

One of my favorite parts of the design process is identifying what already works, then building a brand around it.

For CRED Cell Tower Valuations, we kept the existing logo, refined it for practical use (including a transparent version), established a cohesive color palette, created supporting brand elements, and designed a website that finally gave the business the credibility and professionalism its expertise deserved.

I don't believe every project needs a complete rebrand. Sometimes, the strongest transformation comes from making thoughtful improvements that help a business look more intentional, more trustworthy, and more established - without losing the identity they've already built.

Good design isn't always about starting over.

👀 Sometimes it's about seeing the potential in what's already there.

One of the biggest SEO mistakes I see? Trying to cram everything onto one page.

Every service page on your website is another opportunity for Google to understand what you do and connect you with the right customer.

Need gutter cleaning? That’s a page.
Need bathroom remodeling? That’s a page.
Need fence installation? That’s a page.

The more specific and helpful your pages are, the more chances you have to show up when someone searches for exactly what you offer.

Think of each page as another door people can use to find your business.

Still over here creating with my hands 🙌

Reminding myself that AI can’t replace my creativity, my ability, or my real human feelings for the clients I grow to love.

I found these letters in storage and immediately thought “I have to fill these with flowers for my ladies!!” So I did.

This is a fairly easy craft and a great idea for parties or home decor!

Y’all know I draw a lot of creative inspiration from my travels, and this week my head is on vacation in Portugal 🇵🇹

I’m starting a block printing project, a method I haven’t used in years. My first print will be a postage stamp design based on the vast amounts of tinned fish you find in Portugal.

Follow along to see my print project evolve!

Creating with my hands keeps me grounded in a world that wants everything automated.

AI can generate content.
But it can’t care.

It doesn’t know what your business means to you.
It doesn’t understand the years you spent building your craft.

It won’t stay up thinking about how to help your brand connect with real people.

Human creativity is personal.
That’s why it matters.

And honestly? I think people are craving that now more than ever.
