Zeus, the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, is loaded up today at the Ortonville airport headed for Steward, IL. Zeus was rescued by Big Stone County Animal Rescue and is now headed to the Chesapeake Bay Retriever Relief by airplane to get further care and eventually adopted.

Today in Ortonville, a semi came down the hill a little too fast and slid off to the side, resulting in a hangup on its fuel tanks against the concrete wall. It took two tow trucks from The Shop to safely pull it back onto the roadway. Thankfully, no injuries were reported- just a reminder of how slick the Ortonville hills can get.
