✂️ HELPFUL TIP TUESDAY: Don’t put important content too close to the edge!

Printed pieces are trimmed after production, and the cut can shift slightly. Keep names, phone numbers, logos, and other important information safely away from the trim line.

For professional results:

✅ Extend background colors and images beyond the edge into the bleed area
✅ Keep important text inside the safe area
✅ Avoid placing borders too close to the trim line
✅ Submit artwork at the correct finished size

A little extra space can prevent important information from getting an unexpected haircut!

A photo may look perfectly clear on your phone but become blurry or pixelated when enlarged for a sign, banner, poster, or other printed material.

For sharper, more professional results:

✅ Send the original, full-resolution image
✅ Avoid using screenshots
✅ Don’t download the image from social media
✅ Avoid repeatedly saving or compressing the file
✅ Make sure the image is large enough for the finished print size
✅ View the image at 100%—if it looks blurry on screen, it will likely look blurry in print

Our office hours are currently being managed by a tiny new supervisor.

She doesn’t use a calendar, schedules meetings at 2:00 a.m., and considers every deadline negotiable—except feeding time.

As Jeremy enjoys the greatest assignment of his life—paternity leave—our physical office is operating on an as-needed and by-appointment basis. We kindly ask for a little grace while our schedule settles into its new rhythm.

But please don’t mistake an occasionally empty office for an unattended business:

📞 Our phones remain available during normal business hours.
📅 Appointments are still available.
💻 Our clients’ websites are still being actively managed.
🔒 We’re still carefully researching current technology, updates, and plugins to help keep those sites modern, functional, and secure.

So yes, our office schedule is a little unpredictable right now. Our commitment to our clients is not.
