We are looking for a reliable full-time team member to fill in our embroidery technician position!!

Responsibilities:
•Machine Operation: Set up, thread, and operate multi-head or single-head commercial embroidery machines.
•Preparation & Hooping: Accurately hoop garments, hats, and bags; select the correct backing, stabilizers, and thread colors based on fabric type.
•File Management: Load embroidery files into the machine and ensure design placement is exact.
•Quality Control: Monitor machines to prevent thread breaks, ensure correct tension, and inspect finished products for errors.
•Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment to minimize downtime (oiling, changing needles, cleaning hooks).
•Inventory & Fulfillment: Accurately count, fold, and pack finished orders according to job tickets.
