Grandkids are the BEST!, but they come with as much storage need as raising the originals. Tired of transferring games, toys, etc between floors, these clients are adding massive storage to the first floor office/playroom. Cabinets and shelving are now 33” for balance. Project is underway and excited to see the final results.

Main stairs got ALL the love. Fresh paint for the posts and trim. New handrails. Post extensions with new caps. New spindles. New carpet.
Best part…. closed a near 5” gap between the old spindles down to 3.5” 💪🏼

Another basement of funky old carpet replaced with waterproof, luxury LVP. Less allergens and so much easier to maintain.
Also replaced 4 light switches, a kitchen faucet and cut/capped some old bar plumbing inside the wall and patched to paint ready.
Bathroom left to finish and on to the next!

Client had a pipe burst and flooded the bathroom from the ceiling. After a total gut, remediation and a lot of delays… finally able to get back and start putting this thing back together. New layout and design with a larger shower and vanity. Excited to see the finish!
