A quick tip for builders, designers + remodelers:
Don’t wait until the project is finished to decide how you’re going to market it.
By the time the final punch list is done, everyone is tired, the homeowners are ready to move in, and suddenly your “portfolio plan” is three phone photos and a prayer. 😅

Before you hand over the keys, think about what you’ll need for the next 6–12 months:

• Detail shots that show craftsmanship

Some homes give you square footage. This one gives you room for the life you haven’t created yet. 🖤
When we photographed 9105 N Kansas Court for Max Jones and the MOJO Real Estate Team, we kept coming back to the backyard.

Sometimes the clutter isn’t the problem. Life is.
The seller of this home had been through three hip surgeries and was preparing to sell after losing her husband.

They’re hiring you to market one of the biggest assets they own.
And yes…
Cell phone cameras are ridiculously good now.
We all have a tiny computer in our pocket capable of taking a beautiful photo.
But professional real estate photography has never been about owning a camera and pushing a button.
These before-and-afters are exactly why.
Same house.
Very different first impression.
A professional real estate photographer is thinking about:
Composition.
Camera height.
Lens choice.
Vertical lines.
Room flow.
Natural light.
Window exposure.
Reflections.
Distortion.
What angles make the room feel the largest.
And what angle will actually make a buyer want to see the next photo.
Then comes the part buyers never see:
Professional real estate photo editing.
Exposure gets balanced.
