To our O-E family 💛
One of our local families recently lost everything in a fire. If you have anything you’d like to donate to help them get back on their feet, we’d be so grateful. Their sizes and needs are listed below.
Please reach out to any of the ladies listed below or to me if you’d like to donate or have questions. Every bit of support means so much. Thank you for showing this family the kindness and care our community is known for.
Quinn Passmore:
Tedd and Addie Kvalevog had a terrifying experience this evening around midnight. We understand it's a small town and won't take long before everyone hears of their devastation, but they ask to please give them some privacy for a bit as this all settles in.
❤️❤️EVERYONE, including Buster made it out safely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will need a bit of everything going forward. The Red Cross is helping with essentials for the time being, but if you have anything you may be willing to help with, please feel free to reach out to me. The boys are 19, 17, 15, 8 and 6. Ovid-Elsie gear is a plus for this whole family, who is so actively incorrect in OE sports. Finch (6) was upset about his soccer gear 😞
Also, thank you to Ovid, Elsie and St. John's fire and EMS. They were all extremely helpful, during and after this.
The family will also be in search of a home for rent in the area, if anyone has any leads.
It's 4:00 am, and that's all I can think of at the moment, but will update as needed.

* Adult 2 (female): 2X tops, 18/20/XL bottoms (comfy sweats please) | Women’s shoes 11
* Child 1 (male): 2XL tops, XL bottoms | Men’s shoes 12
* Child 2 (male): XL tops and bottoms | Men’s shoes 13
* Child 3 (male): XL tops and bottoms | Men’s shoes 11
* Child 4 (male): Kids 18 / Adult Small | Youth shoes 6
* Child 5 (male): Youth 10/12 | Youth shoes 4
* Senior Dog: he needs essentials, too! 🐾
Clothing, shoes, socks, underwear (new, please), toiletries, blankets, and other basic necessities would be incredibly helpful.
PLEASE, if you have anything in these sizes that you can spare TODAY, reach out to me! I would love to help get some immediate necessities into their hands. We are not trying to overload them, but trying to get them started while they figure things out these next few days. Ovid Elsie gear would especially be great!
Gift cards to Walmart, Meijer, Target, or any local restaurants would also be very helpful.
I know we can’t replace their home, their memories, or the things they’ve lost. But we CAN help take a little bit of the weight off their shoulders while they figure out what comes next.
