Though the business is located in downtown Owatonna, MN they do business at a national level, working with hundreds of vendors and having a knack for getting done what other businesses in the industry say "can't be done"

orate Recognition™ was created as a result of $50 in seed money entrusted to Pam & Ryan Kubat through their local church to be sown and harvested as faithful servants as in the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25. With the desire to use their sales and business backgrounds to operate their own business and with the interest in the creative world of imprinted promotional products, the seed money was used to develop the logo, slogan, and concept. On April 1, 1997 the first customer placed an order and since then the company has grown substantially, moving out of being a part-time home-based business to a full-time operation in the center of Owatonna. Our business continues to seek the Lord’s will and to positively impact our community and Christian entities. Both Pam and Ryan have an entrepreneurship history. Pam worked on the supplier side of the business for 5 years prior to starting Corporate Recognition as a distributor. She has a business background including working in payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting, as well as having grown up working in her family’s hardware business for 20 years. Ryan worked in his family’s tree-trimming business when growing up, and subsequently in construction and sales. He enjoys interacting and meeting with the customers. They have lived and raised their family in Owatonna for over 20 years. It is the mission of Corporate Recognition to be a business ministry to and for our customers. Understanding that all we have belongs to God, we seek to glorify God through our work and lives to impact all with whom we come in contact while achieving a reasonable profit. Corporate Recognition focuses on establishing and developing customer relationships by providing our customers with the best promotional product ideas and customer service possible. We meet customer needs by properly equipping our staff, adhering to budget allowances, and demonstrating efficiency to meet in-hands dates. We simultaneously use business opportunities to minister to our customers as we pray for and with them.
