Art-Kraft Sign Company, a family-owned and operated sign company serving Florida since 1968, is seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Hand / Helper to join our growing team in Palm Bay, Florida.
🔹 Position: Shop Hand / General Helper /
📍 Location: Palm Bay, FL
🕒 Full-Time Position / Entry Level
$15 - $19 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with sign fabrication and assembly
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Assisting fabricators and installers as needed
• Operating hand and power tools (experience preferred but not required)
• Operating vacuum pan form face equipment (Training provided)
• General shop duties and material handling

Qualifications:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Dependable and punctual
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Mechanical aptitude and construction experience are a plus
✔ Valid driver's license preferred
✔ Experience in the sign industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual
