At the end of the school year, we had the opportunity to photograph the Pathfinder Awards! š¹
If you went to high school in Palm Beach or Martin County, you may remember this scholarship (yes, itās still going strong!).
Each school selects 1 student representative per category for areas like science, literature, art, sports, community involvement, etc. Each student competes for the scholarship and is interviewed by accomplished members of the community who are experienced in their category. Itās a rigorous process!
This was especially fun for me (Jess) as I actually received one of these scholarships and remember doing this wayyyy back in the day. The buzz of the day brought me back to the excitement, the preparation, and the nerves! Just getting to the interview stage is a huge accomplishment for these standout students.
The winners discovered their rankings at a ceremony earlier this summer. Congrats to all the participants and scholarship recipients!
