By the time a growth initiative reaches a leadership meeting, it already feels urgent, so the conversation jumps straight to ex*****on: a new campaign, a new channel, a new hire.
Agreement gets skipped because it feels like a delay. It isn't optional.
The organizations that grow predictably usually aren't moving faster than everyone else. They're clearer, earlier, about what each initiative is supposed to change, and how it connects to the last one.
Without that agreement, activity still happens. It just doesn't compound.
