Our first shoot at Ace Hotel & Swim Club was one for the record books (and the core memories) 📸✨

Palm Springs heat? Undefeated.
Our creative energy? Also undefeated.

We showed up with a shot list, hopes and dreams, and approximately zero chill.

There was sweating.
There was a small negotiation with a pool float that did not want to cooperate.
There was one very dramatic sunset that showed up right on cue like it read the call sheet.

By the end of the day we had wet clothes (from the swear or the pool, we couldn’t tell which), full memory cards, and a group chat full of behind the scenes chaos that will never see daylight (you’re welcome, everyone involved).

This is the kind of shoot that reminds us why we love this job. Beautiful property, great light, and a team that can turn “we’re losing the sun” into “wait, that shot is actually incredible.”

Throwing it back to March when we sent the team to Orlando for a content shoot at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort (), and somehow pulled off summer in 50 degree weather.

Rico spent the day at Universal Studios, Emily took on SeaWorld, and then stayed at the property convincing the camera (and themselves) that it was actually warm enough for poolside content. Spoiler: it wasn't. But that's the job, and the team made it look effortless.

Huge thanks to the DoubleTree team for the hospitality and for trusting us to capture the property in full summer mode well before summer actually showed up. More from this shoot rolling out all season long.

Our newest creative strategist is Philly-born, San Diego-based, and somehow already has 100+ brands and 30M organic views under her belt. (But really, we are SO lucky to have her!)

Kate is all about content that does more than just look good. She thinks about how people actually consume, what makes them stop, what makes them stay, and then builds the strategy from there. Exactly the kind of brain we love having on this team.

Big news, San Diego!! is officially a Summerside client! 📣🎊

If you've been following along, you might already know we've been working with the team at , their Forbes Four-Star, W**e Spectator Award of Excellence restaurant, for over a year now. We fell in love with the property through that work, and getting to take on the full resort feels like the most natural next step.

If you've never been to RBI, picture 265 acres of Southern California greenery, a championship golf course, an award-winning spa, and a resort that has quietly been racking up accolades for decades. 42 AAA Four Diamond Awards (!!!), Forbes Travel Guide Recommended. 12 Gold Key Awards. Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Nominee.... It's a true San Diego icon.

A little late posting this, but back in March we spent a few days at NOPSI Hotel in New Orleans capturing everything from rooms to rooftop to the food and drinks that make this place feel like, well, New Orleans.
NOPSI is one of those properties that makes our job easy. The history, the design, the energy of the city baked into every corner of the building. We came home with a content library we're genuinely excited about, and a few hundred new reasons to recommend a stay.

To say we are little 'behind' in sharing good news is an understatement. We've had several new faces join Summerside over the last few months and Stacey is one of them!

Stacye is our new Brand & Design Director, a Denver native, and the creative force behind the new branding and design services we just rolled out. With 10+ years across B2B and B2C, Stacey has a rare mix of sharp strategy and bold, intentional design. She has a real knack for helping brands figure out who they are and then making sure they actually look like it. She's also moonlighting as our in-house Brand Manager, which means Summerside itself is in very good hands.

When she's not deep in a brand project, you'll find her on a Colorado hiking trail or fostering whatever dog has most recently stolen her heart.

Be sure to follow her design business: so you don't miss any of the dreamy projects she's working on.
