When I joined HP two years ago as a Customer Solution Center technical agent in Tunisia, I knew I wanted to grow. But I didn't expect to find a place where I could grow and contribute to something meaningful at the same time.
My role is about solving real customer challenges, resolving issues that impact their operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency. It's technical, it's fast-paced, and it requires problem-solving skills I've continuously developed. But that's only part of my story here.
What truly excites me is the opportunity to align my professional journey with my personal values. I've always believed in purpose-driven work. Before HP, I was an international SDGs ambassador, an IFBB coach, and involved in sports and community initiatives. When I got here, I found a company that not only talks about sustainability and impact, it actually supports people like me to champion it.
I took ownership of sustainability initiatives at our Tunis site. I got involved in the sustainability core team, and honestly, the transformation has been remarkable. Our MPS team's volunteering hours increased by 166% in just one year. That's not a statistic to me, that's people feeling empowered to contribute to their communities.
I've also invested in my development strategically. Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, preparing for my PMP. My managers trusted me, encouraged me, and gave me exposure. They supported me when I took on mentoring and training roles for new hires. I wasn't just told to develop, I was given the space and trust to build the career I wanted.
The most surprising thing about HP? Despite being a global company, there's a genuine culture of collaboration and support. People actually want to help you grow, and they value your contributions, whether technical or community-driven.
My experience at HP in one sentence: A continuous journey of growth where collaboration, learning, and impact come together to shape both professional development and meaningful contribution.
