Stroll Palos Park

Stroll Palos Park Palos Park Life is a lifestyle magazine keeping you up to date with everything happening in Park. Want to learn more about sponsoring Palos Park Life?

Starting with your July 2022 issue, the magazine you and your neighbors know and love, Palos Park Life became Stroll Palos Park. Across the nation, homeowners like you will be connected in the experience of living in a Stroll-worthy neighborhood. Stroll Palos Park is exclusive to the Palos Park community "Delivering Neighborhood Connections" through sharing resident stories, photos, and happenings

you’ve come to expect and enjoy. Through hyper-local, resident-submitted content, we create an avenue for these individuals to get to know local organizations, businesses, and their neighbors on a more personal level. Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues on which our residents can connect. The final component which makes us unique is the many events that we organize. Local restaurants, spas, salons, and more share their products and services in order to garner a face-to-face relationship with the residents of Palos Park. There is no better way for a business to secure long-term success than to make the right connections. Are you a resident and want to get more involved, have your family, child, or pet featured in an upcoming publication? Contact Joann Heniff at [email protected] for more information.

Meet Don and Kathryn Radtke, two South Side kids who found their way back to something familiar 🌳

Raised in Beverly and Tinley Park, they always carried that Chicago spirit with them. Three years ago, while expecting twins, they traded the South Loop for the quiet streets and towering trees of Palos Park. 💖

And just down the road? Plush Horse, a childhood favorite that’s now a go-to spot with Magnolia and Theodore in tow. 🍦

That full circle feeling runs through everything here, from family traditions to slowing down and raising their twins surrounded by nature and community. 🤗

Meet Trixy. 🤎

With her fluffy grey coat and playful personality, Trixy has been stealing hearts since day one. Her name came from the little “tricks” she showed off as a kitten, especially chasing after toys during her first meeting with her family. ✨

After growing up in Palos Park surrounded by nature and wildlife, Trixy now enjoys life in Michigan with plenty of cuddles, naps, and adventures alongside her lifelong buddy, Budha. 🐾

It was 1922 when Jack Gibbons first opened its doors on the South Side, and more than a century later, the family is still at the helm. 🥩

The Big Red Booths. The relish is spread before dinner. The bartender who remembers your perfect old-fashioned. These aren’t just details, they’re part of the tradition that keeps generations coming back to Jack Gibbons Gardens in Oak Forest. 🍸

From filet mignon and Oysters Rockefeller to lobster and classic hot fudge sundaes, this legendary supper club still delivers great food, great atmosphere, and great service. 🍽️

Some places never go out of style. ❤️

Why do magazines continue to earn readers’ trust in a noisy media world? 🧐

Because they’re intentional. Thoughtful. Real. Magazines slow things down and create space for stories that resonate, not just headlines that disappear. 📖

Each page invites readers to connect, recognizing neighbors, supporting local businesses, and feeling rooted in their community. That connection is what makes print feel personal. ❤️

At Stroll, every issue is crafted with the community at the center, sharing genuine stories that build credibility and spark meaningful conversations. That’s the power of print. That’s the Stroll difference. ✨

The fat you can't see might be the most dangerous thing happening in your body right now. 👀

Visceral fat hides deep inside your abdomen, surrounding vital organs like your heart and liver. You could look fine in the mirror and still be at serious risk for heart disease, diabetes, and inflammation that ages you faster than you realize. ⚠️

The twist? This hidden threat is actually one of the easiest types of fat to lose with the right approach. It's not about crash diets or quick fixes. It's about building lean muscle and changing your body composition from the inside out. 💪

Learn what's really happening beneath the surface and how to reclaim your health. ✨
