Want your prints to look like they were actually meant to reach the edge? 👀

There’s a tiny detail in your file that can make a BIG difference once it hits the printer: bleed.

❌ The problem:
Your background or image goes right up to the edge of your design. Looks perfect on screen… until the finished piece gets trimmed and suddenly there’s a tiny white sliver staring back at you. 😬

✅ The fix:
Add a 1/8" bleed beyond the final trim size. This gives the background a little extra room to extend past the cut line.

🖨️ Why it matters:
Printed pieces are trimmed after they come off the press. Even with precise equipment, there can be tiny variations in where that cut lands. Bleed makes sure your color or artwork still reaches all the way to the edge.

Think of it as giving your design a little “just in case” zone. 😂

📐 The general rule:
Extend anything that touches the edge at least 1/8" past the trim line on all sides.

No awkward white edges. No surprises. Just a cleaner, more professional finished piece.
