Working this morning on my podcast 🎙️ and mapping out the week ahead 📅 because… it’s a busy one. 🏃🏻‍♀️

I played with my prompt for a while (okay, a while while 😅), and finally landed on an image I genuinely love.

It’s layered. It’s full. It’s a little chaotic in the best way.

Honestly? That energy feels like me.

A client asked me a question today…

I showed her how to do this, and she got so excited. Like genuinely lit up. And it made me realize how much stuff is just sitting in my slightly crazy but very fun brain that could probably make your life a whole lot easier.

Sometimes what feels “obvious” to me isn’t really obvious at all. 😬

So I recorded this quick tutorial to walk you through it step by step. No overwhelm. No tech stress. Just simple clarity you can use right away.

More little tutorials like this are coming, because if it helps one client feel empowered, it’ll probably help you too.

Goodbye, 2025.
You were... a lot.

Two household surgeries.
More worry than I would’ve chosen.

Work that challenged me in ways I didn’t always expect, or enjoy, and didn’t always land the way I hoped it would.

There was travel (the good kind),
travel hiccups (the stressful kind),
and one full-on where rest did not get the memo.

And yet.

So much learning.
So much perspective gained the hard way.

Resilience I didn’t know I was building until I looked back.

Moments of joy, connection, creativity, and growth that absolutely mattered.

2025 didn’t break me.
It shaped me.

And now I feel something new rising: clarity, confidence, and a deep excitement for what’s next.

Plans.
Goals.
Schemes and dreams.
A steadier compass and a stronger sense of direction.

2026, I’m ready to NAVIGATE 🧭✨

😭 Apparently this is my go to feeling… honestly though… I’M SO EXCITED!

I’ve always wanted to have a podcast.

Using my voice to share and teach and for artistic expression is as natural as breathing for me.

So I decided it would be this year’s big project.

And I did it. 💫

It’s hours and hours of work research and editing. Sometimes s**z goes wrong and I cry and want to throw my mic across the room.

I did it anyway. →→→→→ And, I kept going.

This morning, I got this cool thing from and .fm and I really did cry. Then I did some fun editing. 🤩

I have a long ways to go to reach the goal. But the only way to climb the mountain is to start at base camp. 🏔️

Look out 2023. I’m coming for you.

Especially if it had good traction!

Simply do this...👇

• go to your stories

• look at the bottom to see the "reels" icon

• if you're not rolled into that update choose "share as
a post"

• this works for stories from your archives tooooo!

Boom 💥 post done! Especially for multi-post days this is total time-saver and creativity booster!
