A good marketing plan usually starts on a board like this, with honest questions written down before anyone picks a tactic.
I'm Mark Jenkins with WSI Digital Marketing, and the glass boards in my meeting notes tend to fill up the same way. Targets, ideas, half-formed plans, and a few things that need to be crossed out. That's the process. Before we talk about SEO, a new website, or paid ads, we slow down and figure out what you're actually trying to accomplish and who you're trying to reach.
A few things I ask in every strategy session:
• Who is your best customer, and how do they find you?
• What result does your marketing need to deliver in the next 90 days?
• What's been tried already, and what did the numbers say?
As a marketing consultant serving businesses in Paris and across Henry County, I've found that an hour of clear thinking on a whiteboard saves months of wasted spend. Tactics are easy. Direction takes work.
If you're heading into the final quarter with a plan that's more scribbles than strategy, let's talk. Schedule a consultation and we'll get your priorities on the board where they belong.
