Your first sales rep won’t fail because they “weren’t a fit.”

It worked for us! It was near the top of our must-see list when visiting Mexico, and it was worth it.

The ancient structures were breathtaking, though it was also difficult to process the history of how they were built. It's truly a site with an incredible past.

Our visit to Rio Secreto in Mexico came with a strict rule:
🚫 NO PERSONAL CAMERAS OR PHONES ALLOWED 🚫

Initially, I was frustrated. I thought it was overly restrictive.
The reality was exactly the opposite.

Because we couldn't take pictures, we were forced to simply be present— to experience the crystal-clear cave system fully.

It amplified the entire experience.

If we can accomplish this level of understanding of our customers, we take them on, and we may find initial customer habits or desires that hinder their overall customer journey.

Our latest powder day ft Cancùn, Mexico

Scuba diving, underground rivers, Cirque du Soleil, Día de los Mu***os, cenotes (water-filled sinkholes), Chichén Itzá, and some awesome food made for a pretty epic graduation trip for our youngest son.

While we were enjoying our pow days, we picked up some powerful marketing insights as well. Check back Monday for the first one!
