We had a great day walking the floor at the National Restaurant Association Show right here in Chicago. It’s always inspiring to check in on the industry’s emerging innovations and keep our finger on the pulse of modern booth design and experiential marketing. (And yes, we definitely snuck a sample or two.)

On the food tech front, automation and operational efficiency clearly remain the name of the game.
