There’s something special about the women who somehow manage to hold everything together behind the scenes.

The ones remembering everyone else’s needs while carrying their own.
The ones building homes, businesses, families, careers, and lives with strength that often goes unnoticed.

Mother’s Day always reminds me that so much of what makes a space feel warm, welcoming, and meaningful starts with the care someone pours into it.

And honestly, that kind of care deserves to be celebrated.

To all the mothers, grandmothers, stepmoms, mother figures, and women who show up with love, patience, and resilience every single day… Happy Mother’s Day 💐

I hope today feels a little slower, a little lighter, and filled with the same care you so naturally give to everyone around you.

❤️ 🌹 💐

I love it when a project goes beyond digital presence and steps into offline touchpoints.

For Exhale Designs, that means creating a full campaign across a few key pieces, from the postcard, to the landing page, to the flyer, all designed to work together with one clear goal: helping them connect with new investors, property managers, and clients who are ready to step into the short-term rental space with a company they can trust.

And on a personal note, this one means a lot to me.

I love growing alongside Exhale Vacation Rentals & Exhale Designs, and watching the business continue to evolve, expand, and raise the bar, all while keeping the Exhale Standard above and beyond the industry standard.

If you’re thinking about investing in a property or turning a space into a short-term rental in South Florida, I genuinely recommend speaking with . She brings the strategy, experience, and level of care needed to help you do it the right way.

Mistakes happen. It’s how you handle them that counts.

Something came up recently that needed to be fixed quickly. It wasn’t ideal, but it was one of those moments where you slow down, look at everything properly, and figure out the best way forward.

We worked through it, found a solution, and got things back on track.
Afterward, the client sent me this message… and it really stayed with me.

A lot of the work isn’t about things going perfectly. It’s about how you show up when they don’t.

A recent client shared this with me…

What stood out to me wasn’t just the kind words, but the parts about flexibility and figuring things out along the way.

Every project is a little different. New platforms, new ideas, new challenges. In this case, it was an e-learning platform I hadn’t worked with before.

But that’s usually part of the process. Learning it, understanding how it works, and making sure it still fits what the client needs.

I’m always grateful when a client takes the time to share feedback like this. It means a lot.

I got an email from the Office of the CEO at GoDaddy… Not something I was expecting.
It all started with one of my clients having ongoing website issues. After a lot of back and forth, we finally figured out the root of the problem… and it turned out to be on GoDaddy’s side.

So naturally, I escalated it.

The challenge? Every time we contacted support, we were speaking to someone new so getting a clear, full picture wasn’t easy. I kept digging, escalated the issue, and made sure it didn’t get lost in the shuffle.

The result: The website is up and running smoothly
The cherry on top: 2 months of free security service for my client

Honestly, I’m just happy everything got resolved. Being able to advocate for my client and get them some extra savings feels like a win. This is what website maintenance really looks like behind the scenes.

The most popular platform isn't always the right platform.

A client recently came to me with a clear goal:

“I want to launch a course.”

But the first question wasn’t what should we build?
It was where should we build it?

There are so many options right now - GoHighLevel, Podia, Kajabi, and more. And if you look online, you may be swayed by what “everyone” is using.

So instead of jumping into a platform, we slowed down and walked through the decision together.

We reviewed the options one by one and asked the questions that actually matter:

• What’s your level of technical comfort?
• How hands-on do you want to be with the tech?
• Do you want something simple or something highly customizable?
• How important are funnels vs. a clean course experience?
• What will this look like 6–12 months from now?

When you look at it that way, the “best” platform becomes much clearer.
For this client, Podia made the most sense.

Not because it’s trendy.
Not because someone said it was the best.

But because it matched their goals, their workflow, and the way they want to run their business.

That’s the part of the process I love most - helping people cut through the noise and make the decision that actually fits them.

Technology should support your vision… not overwhelm it.

Recently, a client approached me wanting a website for their course…

We did a deep dive into all the options that could work well for online courses. My job is to look at the client, how tech savvy they are, and find a solution that fits their course, but also fits them.
They did their own AI research and came back wanting a different platform.

The one thing they missed, and their AI research missed, was that the platform they chose only gave them their own domain at a higher tier. That detail changed the decision.

We were able to choose a different option… one that ticked all their boxes and also gave them their own domain at a lower monthly fee.

AI is helpful. But it does not always see the bigger picture.

My job is to understand the client’s needs, see the details that matter, and make sure the final decision truly fits.

I am excited to share a new client… Relational Effectiveness.

One of the best parts of the logo process is listening closely. Understanding what matters to the client. Looking at their inspiration. Getting into their head a bit.

When the first concept was presented, they loved it immediately.

Moments like that come from taking the time to understand the person behind the business, their goals and aspirations.

A clear website is usually easy to describe… even if you cannot immediately explain why it feels that way.

You understand what the business does. You know where to click next. The wording does not make you work to figure things out.

Clarity is not about having less. It is about having the right things in the right place.

When that happens, people feel more at ease. And when people feel at ease, they are more likely to stay.

I work best with business owners who value clarity...

Not speed for the sake of it. Not constant changes.

Just thoughtful decisions about how their business shows up online.

The projects I enjoy most are the ones where we take a step back, look at the bigger picture, and make sure everything actually makes sense.

When clarity is the priority, the work feels steady. And steady tends to last.
