RS Graphics and ADDI Printing announced their merger today. The merger promises to expand
the growth of ADDI Printing further into the Pasadena, Deer Park, LaPorte and surrounding areas.
“We are pleased to announce the merger of two great graphics companies today. ADDI will continue to provide high quality products and services that RS Graphics customers have come to expect since 1992. ADDI LLC was incorporated in 2003 by Gareth Blackett and Drew Dietrich, with an initial investment of
$2,400.00. Originally created to print promotional products for extra money on the side, ADDI began
producing safety signs when a client voiced his dissatisfaction with his current sign supplier’s production
lead times.
