Many firms assume they need more marketing: more posts, more ads, more tactics.

• the specific problems you solve
• why your approach is different
• and when someone should choose you
then no amount of marketing will fix that
Before you ask, “How do we market better?”
Ask, “Are we unmistakably clear?”
Because firms that own their position don’t chase clients.
