She joined the Atruent team for the Reel Disaster Restoration Rockfish Invitational for a day of great company, friendly competition, and plenty of time on the water.

One of the biggest takeaways from our conversation with Iain Deckard, Senior Enforcement Operations Manager at Neology, Inc., was a simple philosophy:
"Use the carrot before the stick."

When discussing Washington State Department of Transportation's average speed enforcement pilot, Iain explained why warning letters were issued before violations, giving drivers the opportunity to change their behavior through education and awareness. The result? Safer driving habits and meaningful reductions in speeding.

It's a powerful reminder that the future of transportation isn't just about smarter technology, it's about using that technology to create lasting behavior change.
